Prayer is the communication, spoken or unspoken, that builds the relationship between ourselves and God.
Many of us find prayer difficult. We often feel inadequate before God and we don't know "what to say." The good news for us is that often prayer involves as much listening as it does speaking. Too often, we overcomplicate prayer. What God really wants is for us to be fully open with God: that's prayer. In order for us to pray continually, we must be open to God's leading.
For those of us who struggle with prayer, it often helps to be intentional about setting aside time to be with God. This time of stillness, apart from the busyness of our lives, can then affect the rest of what we do.
Below you will find a number of resources to help you set aside time to be in conversation with God.
