Vacation Bible School

Children are divided into crews (groups) based off grade completed. If a child just finished 3rd grade, they will be put in a crew with other 3rd graders. An email will be sent the week before VBS starts so you know which crew your child(ren) will be in.

DROPOFF: Children are assigned to a color group. Colored flags will be in the Sanctuary and you will drop your child off with a crew leader assigned to that color group. The parent/guardian will need to check in with a crew leader to make sure the crew leader know the child is there and attending.
PICKUP: At dropoff on Day 1, the parent/guardian will receive a unique code assigned to your child(ren). This code is required to pick up the child. If the dropoff and pickup people are different, you will need to send the code to the person picking up. Children will be picked up in the Sanctuary in their color groups.

**We recommend taking a picture of your code just in case it gets misplaced.**

All volunteers are persons associated with Christ UMC. They vary in age from middle school to grandparents. Crews are led by at least 2 leaders, one of which is over 18. All volunteers have a valid background check on file.
